Web-B2B / AI for business software

AI Automation & Integration

Turn documents, enquiries, and repetitive admin into practical workflows connected to your existing software. Work directly with a senior developer, from a focused pilot to production integration.

React / React Native
Node.js
TypeScript

A useful first AI project starts with one task

For businesses, start with a document or admin workflow. For agencies and SaaS teams, add an AI feature to an existing product. Agree the outcome and test it with representative examples before expanding.

Document and admin automation

Extract fields from invoices or purchase orders, flag missing information, and prepare records for your business systems. Staff review the result before anything is sent or updated.

Knowledge and enquiry assistants

Find answers in approved company documents with source references, or turn incoming enquiries into structured requests and draft replies. Include access controls and a handoff when an answer needs a person.

AI features for agencies and SaaS

Add search, summaries, document processing, or assisted writing to React and Node.js products. React Native workflows can turn voice notes into draft field reports for review.

Sample workflow

From purchase order to reviewed record

A possible pilot: receive a PDF, extract fields with AI, flag missing information, and let a member of staff review the result before a system is updated.

Interactive example with fictional data. No live AI, uploads, or ERP connection. Editing and export happen only in your browser.

Before a pilot starts

What will we receive?

A prototype for an agreed task, an evaluation against representative examples, visibility into corrections and running costs, and a recommendation on the next step. Criteria and scope are agreed upfront.

How will company data be handled?

Before using real data, we agree the provider, hosting, access controls, retention, and permission to process it. A description of the workflow is enough for an initial conversation.

Can this connect to our software?

We assess available APIs, licences, access, and data quality during scoping. The integration and any limitations become part of the proposal.

Built on business-system experience

These previous projects demonstrate billing and integration experience. They are not AI deployments; the AI service extends that software and workflow foundation.

A pilot first. Production when it earns its place.

  1. 01

    A paid, scoped pilot

Agree one workflow, sample data, a baseline, and acceptance criteria. Review a working prototype, its corrections, processing time, and running costs. The outcome includes a go/no-go recommendation.

  2. 02

    Production integration

Connect the agreed systems, add permissions and review screens, and test error handling and recovery. Include deployment, documentation, and handover.

  3. 03

    Ongoing support

Agree monitoring, quality checks, model or prompt updates, and a usage budget. Review performance against the examples and business measures agreed in the pilot.

Scope, fee, timing, data handling, and provider costs are agreed before work starts. Production delivery and ongoing support are separate decisions; a pilot does not commit you to a larger build.

Which task should your first AI pilot tackle?

Tell us what your team repeats, which software is involved, and what a useful improvement would look like. Start with a description, not confidential documents.
